1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the ox99 platform, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

The ox99 terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the company operating ox99. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and may not be used for any professional or commercial purpose.

Ox99 services are only available in regions where online gaming is legally permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing this service is lawful from their location.

2Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with ox99. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each individual may only register one account — multiple accounts under the same person are not permitted
• A valid national ID or passport may be required for registration
• Only one account may be created per mobile number and email address
• Ox99 may request additional documentation at any time for account verification purposes
• Sharing your account username or password with anyone is strictly prohibited
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to a third party

Under the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, ox99 may verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. This process is in place to protect all of our members.

3Payments & Transactions

Ox99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount ৳200
• Deposits are usually processed instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 30 minutes
• Deposited funds must come from your own account only
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification is not completed
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the original deposit
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies and varies based on account level

4Bonuses & Promotions

Ox99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be met to qualify.

• The welcome bonus is available on the first deposit only
• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 30x to 45x)
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — funds become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed
• Ox99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must successfully complete verification

Ox99 does not add bonuses automatically — bonuses must be claimed through the designated process to become active. Any unused bonuses will be forfeited once they expire.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting, Live Casino, and all other gaming activities on ox99.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed
• Ox99 reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error
• Live betting is available after a match kicks off, within the designated time window
• For sports events, the ruling of the relevant sporting authority is final
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market
• Ox99 reserves the right to reduce limits on or decline any bet

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ox99. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through software or technology
• Operating an account on behalf of another member
• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin
• Attempting to hack or manipulate ox99's systems
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity against other members

8Responsible Gaming

9Account Closure & Suspension

Under any of the following circumstances, ox99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected
• If evidence of multiple account operation is found
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process
• Extended period of inactivity (over 12 months)

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.

10Limitation of Liability

Ox99 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or third-party service failures. If such incidents occur, we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

• If your internet connection drops, the outcome of any active game will be saved on the server
• Ox99 reserves the right to review any abnormal winnings arising from technical errors
• Ox99 is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming

11Policy on Changes to Terms
